World Trade Center #7 fell in roughly 6 seconds and not "over a period of time." Rudy Giuliani commits two, egregious mis-statements as he describes the World Trade Center collapses on 9/11:

1. "It occurred to all to us that they would ultimately collapse...": Never before, in the history of steel framed buildings has a building fallen due to fatigue by fire. How was Giuliani so prescient to have the foreknowledge of their destruction? And, if he truly did know that they would collapse, why were fire fighters, rescuers and civilians allowed to continue rescue operations?
2. "...the way buildings usually collapse, which is in stages... The way number 7 came down... over a period of time ": Building 7 did not collapse in stages nor did it fall "over a period of time." Giuliani's lying and suggestion that Building 7 collapsed in "stages" is an attempt to obscure the evidence of a controlled demolition. (WTC1 & 2 Collapse Times)
