The fact $2.3 trillion could not be tracked on 9/10/01, and the media and government haven’t raised any issues about this waste since 9/11/01, shows that this money could have been used to finance aspects of the 9/11 operation and also as hush money for those involved. This is potentially the greatest amount of money that has ever gone missing in the history of the world.
